  • Every piece of Earthboy artwork is designed by Matt — an illustrator and proud dad based in Nottingham with over 15 years of commercial design experience.

    Matt creates all of the artwork by hand using cut paper and analogue craft techniques before bringing it to life digitally. There are no third party designers or AI generated artwork, every character, colour and composition is made by Matt, for families like yours.

  • The average production for made-to-order products at Earthboy is 24-48 hours. However, more complex products, such as handmade picture frames can occasionally take up to 3 days to make.

    You’ll always be kept informed on the production and delivery times of your product, but please keep in mind the time it takes to individually make your order.

  • Screens can vary in brightness and colour calibration so please keep this in mind.

    All Earthboy prints are professionally colour matched and printed on premium paper, colours are rich, bold and vibrant in person.

  • Yes, Matt takes on a limited number of commissions each month in his studio. Email hello@earthboy.co to get a price to get your idea started

  • 20% of every Earthboy sale is donated directly to CASK Foundation and Footprints Nottingham. You don't need to do anything — it happens automatically with every purchase.

    At the end of each year Matt gives 20% of all profits to charity, splitting it equally between both charities.

Shipping & Delivery

  • Your product is made to order, so it may take longer to arrive than other traditional online shops. This means that there is no stock kept in a warehouse ready to ship, each item is made one-by-one as you place your order.

  • You can buy from Earthboy whether you’re in the UK, Europe, America or Australia.

    There’s also no customs fees as I use a print-on-demand service that prints and ships your products in your home country and at a lab closest to your home address.

    The print lab are called Prodigi and they have global fulfillment coverage, which means I can send orders anywhere in the world. No matter where you’re located, I’ve got you covered.

  • Unfortunately this happens sometimes, if a product is damaged during shipping, I ask that you provide a photo of the damaged goods. Once I receive the photo, I’ll gladly send a free replacement or a refund for any genuinely damaged goods.

  • Once your order has been submitted there is a 2-hour grace period before your order starts being made. It may be possible to make amends to your order within 2-hours of your order being placed. After 2 hours it is not possible to make any amendments to your order.

  • Your new fine art print will take approximately 3-5 days to arrive at your doorstep. Did you know that every Earthboy product is made on demand to eliminate waste, it’s a more planet-friendly production method. Here’s how it works:

    2. Your order is sent to a professional print lab closest to you

    3. Then it’s carefully packed and shipped straight to your door

    When you place an order, your chosen artwork is sent to a specialist local print lab nearest you. This local set-up means the carbon footprint is kept as low as possible.

Product Questions

  • Your artwork is made using state of the art print technology that is eco friendly and museum quality.

    The artwork gets printed using a Giclee spray ink technique and is then carefully packed and shipped straight to your door.

    Each fine art print can take between 24 - 48 hours to be made and packed by the specialist teams at Prodigi print labs. Once it has been fulfilled your order will then be shipped out.

  • Yes! You can get a digital gift card here.

    Gift cards sold with Earthboy are valid for 2 years from payment and can be purchased at the Earthboy Online Store. When the validity period has passed, it is not possible to pay with the gift card or reactivate the card.

    The remaining balance on the gift card is non-refundable. The gift card is a valuable document that must be stored securely and cannot be exchanged for money.

  • Earthboy uses Prodigi print labs to make all of your favourite products.

    Prodigi have print labs across the world, and using their state-of-the-art technology, your products will be made in a print lab nearest to you, making it more environmentally friendly.

    In addition to the Prodigi print facilities in the UK, US and mainland Europe, they also work with more than 70 manufacturing partners in over 10 countries to craft all of your products with care.

  • With Earthboy, all of our products are made to order, fulfilled locally and shipped directly to you with no waste. All of the paper we use is from managed sustainable sources and printed with eco water based inks, zero wasted materials, and fewer carbon emissions.

    • No shrink wrap

      We've eliminated shrink wrap completely and avoid plastic wherever possible. .

    • Plastic-free packaging

      Earthboy uses sustainable packaging, Ecocaps — which replaces traditional plastic caps with a greener cardboard alternative.

  • Absolutely — just enter their address as the delivery address at checkout.

  • Earthboy does not currently offer gift wrapping as each product is carefully wrapped directly at the print lab where it is made. Each product will be delivered in strong eco-friendly packaging, kept simple to leave a smaller footprint on our beautiful planet.

  • For the new personalised name prints simply enter the name you'd like during checkout. Once your order is placed Matt will get to work creating your unique print, no two are exactly the same.
