If you’ve ever taken a family walk to just slow down, take it all in, and enjoy life in the slow lane, then this one is for you. We’ve been practicing noticing the small things in our life, and nature is great for this, sat by the canal path, we stop to watch a butterfly land on a bramble, a ladybird in the sun, a robin singing in the hedge. No tv, no wifi, just us and some critters, perfectly still, together. We just watched.
The colours, the patterns, the small extraordinary things that are everywhere if you pay attention.
